About me
I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in women's health, and I help women of all ages — including those navigating perimenopause and menopause — feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their bodies through strength training and nutrition.
My journey began in my 30s after I had my son. I wanted to regain control of my body and mental wellbeing. I went to my first circuits class and instantly fell in love with lifting. Over time I lost four stone through a combination of strength training and sustainable nutrition routines.
As important as the body recomposition was, I also experienced more resilience, a new mental calm, vastly improved energy, and a renewed sense of self. That transformation drives how I coach today.
My approach blends evidence-based training and nutrition with a behaviour-change mindset. I prioritise sustainable routines that fit around work, family and real life — small changes that add up to big, lasting results. I believe that investing in yourself makes life better not only for you, but also for the people who depend on you.
