I help all different kinds of women, including those navigating tricky menstrual cycles, perimenopause and menopause, to build strength, support their nutrition, and feel back in control of their bodies again — without extremes, pressure, or quick fixes.
My approach focuses on short and long-term health goals, confidence, and feeling good in your body. Fat loss and "toning" are regularly a natural outcome of this process, rather than the sole focus.

Why I do this
I discovered strength training in my 30s after having my son, at a time when I felt disconnected from my body and wanted to regain control. I'd danced at the calorie restriction and cardio party for way too long.
Through strength training and nutrition, I lost four stone — but more importantly, I gained confidence, resilience, improved mental health, and a calmer nervous system. That experience now shapes the way I coach other women.

- Specialisms in weight loss, behaviour change, pre- & post-natal fitness and nutrition, and hormone health for women
- Currently studying Level 6 Metabolism Specialist accreditation (AFN accredited)
